Pricing & Coverage

All prices on our website are inclusive of GST.
We offer shipping across India.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

Order Processing

  • Each crystal is cleansed and energetically charged before dispatch
  • Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Ahmedabad / Gujarat: 3-5 business days
  • Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Other Locations: 8-10 business days (depending on area)

Shipping Partners

We use Shiprocket as our primary logistics partner to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
Shiprocket enables us to deliver through trusted courier services like BlueDart, Delhivery, and others depending on your location.

Payment Methods

  • Prepaid orders only
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available

Stock Availability & Updates

All products are usually in stock.
In case of any delay or unavailability after payment, our team will inform you within 2 business days via call, WhatsApp, or email.

Order Management

Multiple Products

  • We try to ship all items together
  • In some cases, items may be shipped separately

Shipping Address

  • One order can be shipped to one address only
  • For multiple addresses, please place separate orders

Address Guidelines

  • Please enter a complete and correct address
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses
  • We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect address details

Order Changes

  • Orders cannot be modified once confirmed
  • Address changes are allowed within 2 hours of placing the order

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice
  • If unsuccessful, the order will be marked as non-delivered

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

You can also track your order from the “My Account” section on our website.

Returns & Refunds

  • We follow a No Return / No Refund policy
  • If a shipment is rejected, actual shipping charges will be deducted
